This is the problem my friend encountered. He completed the order 1 month ago, the buyer finished the order and the money was in the seller's account. However, yesterday he received information that the order was canceled by Fiverr support and the Fiverr system deducted the money earned from that order from the current Fiverr account balance. Not only that, he encountered this situation with 2 orders and the same buyer. 

When reporting to Fiverr support, they said that the buyer had a tip or trick that made the third party, Paypal, refund the buyer. Fiverr will compensate the seller. 

However, I wonder if this is a bug and vulnerability of Fiverr. It seems that this situation has been going on for a long time but Fiverr has not fixed it yet. 

The order was completed 1 month ago, the fiverr system still canceled and deducted money from the current Fiverr account.
