My name is Haritha, and I have been a Level 2 seller from Sri Lanka since 2021. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I encountered while verifying my account. 

Recently, I received a notification to verify my account. So, I attempted to verify my account using my government-issued ID, which I used to verify my Fiverr account in 2021 when I opened it. Unfortunately, the verification was unsuccessful. My national ID contains Sinhala, the local language in my country. I believe this may be the primary issue causing the problem. 

Later, I got a message from Fiverr saying I could not act as a seller on Fiverr. Your account is not verified for selling. In response, I submitted a ticket (#

) to the Help Center 2 days ago. But I got no response yet. 

I'm deeply passionate about working on Fiverr and have two regular customers waiting to place a new order. I truly wish to continue my journey on this platform. Could you please guide me on how I can resolve this issue? Your support in this matter would mean a great deal to me.
