Quick question for other sellers, when a buyer places an order, do you usually chat with them inside the order page, or just keep the conversation going in the regular inbox chat? Is there actually any difference?

I’m also wondering if it matters whether we chat before or after the order is placed. For me, I usually discuss details and even set up a draft/demo for custom automation projects 

sending a custom offer. Once the buyer likes it and places the order, I usually just deliver straight away since everything was already agreed on.

Does Fiverr count communication differently depending on where it happens? Or is it just personal preference? Curious to hear how you all handle this.
