I completed an order for 67 documents exactly as per the client’s brief. The client requested some changes, all of which I completed.

After delivery, the client requested a 20% refund, claiming the work was incorrect, even though I had made all requested changes. Now, the client is threatening to leave a negative review unless I process the refund immediately.

I already agreed to the 20% refund but I am unsure how to process it safely on Fiverr and want to protect myself from unfair pressure or threats.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? How should I proceed to handle the refund and protect my account?
