Minimized and compressed images and other media. 

Utilized browser caching and server-side compression. 

Leveraged Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). 

Despite these efforts, I’m still facing issues with load times on certain devices and locations. Are there any additional techniques or tools you would recommend to further optimize the website’s performance?
