Hey guys, new here, this is my first post.

 Lately, I've been facing a problem with Fiverr when I want to withdraw my income. 

They ask me to verify my number, but when I send the code, i received nothing despite this being the only phone number I use since 2020, and I already received many verification codes on this number, i contacted the support to change my phone number, but they told me we can't verify you own the account, i owned this account since 2021. 

I don't know what to do now. I need to contact the support live, not send a message and wait 2 days to get a response.
