How can I verify my Fiverr seller account if I'm a minor?

Hi, I’m 16 years old, and I’ve read that I can work on Fiverr as long as I meet the following conditions:

I have the authorization of my parents or legal guardians. 

Both conditions are already met. However, when trying to post my first gig, I’m asked to complete identity verification.

The problem is that I live in Mexico and I don’t have an official ID valid to work (such as a passport or national ID card) yet.

My question is: Who should complete this verification process? Should I upload the ID of my parents or guardians?

If anyone has gone through this or has any idea on how to proceed, I would greatly appreciate your help.
