Having gone round and round in circles for the past few days I thought I'd drop this here. 

Fiverr really should have an easy way to escalate tickets that are being poorly handled. If something remains open past 24 hours a rating box should appear with something like ‘how is your ticket going?’.

I've been waiting a few days now, going round in circles. Started with a ticket, and detailed view of the issue, then went down a series of ‘oh just do this’ to finally get back to what I wrote at the outset of the ticket. If someone had just taken the time to read and comprehend what I'd said at the beginning. 

Additionally, in a day and age where business moves rapidly waiting hours and hours for support semi-responses is just super low bar.
