Running into issues on Fiverr? Use this board to troubleshoot and share issues with the community

Hi everyone,
I’d love some advice on a situation I’m encountering more and more often.

I usually work on medium-to-large projects, and many of my potential clients ask for a quick call before placing an order. Just to make sure I’m the right fit and to align on the project scope.

However, since video calls are only available 

 an order is placed, I’m not sure how to manage these requests without breaking Fiverr’s rules.

In fact, one client even shared her email to set up a Google Meet, but I know that sharing contact details is against Fiverr’s terms and I definitely don’t want to risk suspension or demotion.

Is there a safe and Fiverr-compliant way to handle this kind of situation? Has anyone found a good workaround?
