I want to share my experience and ask for guidance regarding a security question issue on my Fiverr account.

I have been working on Fiverr since 2023 as a freelancer and my account is active, verified, and accessible to me. I still have:

Recently, I needed to update/change my security question, but unfortunately I forgot the exact answer that I had set a long time ago. The question was:

I tried the answers I could remember, such as:

When I clicked on the “I Forgot” option, Fiverr directed me to contact Customer Support for account verification. I followed all instructions and provided:

• Confirmation that I still have account access

• Willingness for video verification, ID verification, and any ownership checks

I explained multiple times that I am not trying to recover a hacked account or bypass security. I only want to update/reset a forgotten security answer, similar to how forgotten passwords can be reset through email verification.

However, after several replies and reviews, my request was finally denied because I could not provide the exact security answer.

I fully respect Fiverr’s security policies, but I feel there should be an alternative recovery option for genuine account owners who still have access to their verified account, email, and phone number.
