I need advice on a difficult situation with a buyer. I clearly state in my gig description that buyers should contact me before ordering, and I only offer 

. Despite this, a new account (created this month, no ratings) purchased my gig without messaging me first.

I delivered the video, and the buyer immediately claimed that the quality was “very bad,” even sending examples that are clearly 

. He also writes extremly rude and insulting.  I repeatedly asked for

. From my experience (100+ orders, 4.9 stars), I’ve never had a client refuse a delivery like this. It feels like a strategy to get the video for free.
