I was really excited about this feature but Fiverr AI chatbot is not Open AI or Gemini… 

Users don’t really get they talk to AI and it’s a bit ocurred to step in after the summary that is sent to users and two or there messages to finally introduice my presence 

AI doesn’t recognize files and answer “what do you mean by file” when a file has been sent 

Premium offers are sent instead of a basic offer that would have match the clients expectations, the system tries to oversell 

AI just say YES to everything, wrongly saying I offer some services that I DO NOT OFFER 

AI is taking time to actually offer to talk with me for custom offers 

The offers sent by AI cannot be edited or canceled from a seller perspective 

i have already added so many rules Inside the settings but having just one prompt for general insights is just not enough. We should need general process / product finder insights / about custom offers and out of pack services / pricings and extras in details / etc. 

after seing the results in 24 hours, I think that the model is not ready. Obvisouly it doesn’t take into account my 5 years of thousands of messages on Fiverr, that would simply be too big to handle even if that was kind of the promess. 

I think that overall this system is decreasing the quality on Fiverr, keeping it this way would be a danger for my profile and just too many testing and settings to get an accurate performing tool.
