The only way on the Fiverr website now to contact customer support after Fiverr's recent change (other than using the support email address) is to use Fiverr's Vivi Virtual Assistant (AI chatbot), as the option to create a support ticket directly has been removed. 

One of the first things the Vivi chatbot says (sometimes?) is: 

need to send some of the info from this chat through our trusted 3rd party providers in order to help.

When you need to contact customer support or need help for something you might need to be talking about private or confidential info, things that Fiverr ideally shouldn't be sending to 3rd parties, for privacy and security reasons. If Fiverr aren't going to reinstate a direct link to create a support ticket on the site, and want to continue using an AI chatbot that first gives you a conversation before it later gives you the option to contact support through a support ticket (probably to cut down on work CS needs to do), then wouldn't it be a good, more secure idea for Fiverr to create their own fully 

l large language model AI chatbot/virtual assistant that could be used instead (if that isn't being done already, such as if Fiverr is using a Google or Open AI API for it. Someone on the forum said the Fiverr Neo icon is similar to a Google chatbot one)? 

(to Fiverr) AI (LLM) - maybe by training an open source one - for the Vivi Virtual Assistant (used as the replacement for the help centre previous "contact us" option and only way to contact CS through the website) and Fiverr Neo. It could be one where no info from the chat is sent through 3rd parties. 

Doing this could not only increase security, but it could also make Fiverr less reliant on other companies and could reduce Fiverr's costs in paying other companies to access their services related to the current Fiverr AI assistants. 

Suggestion: Fiverr could create their own fully Local (to Fiverr) AI chatbot to prevent the need for the current ones to send private info to 3rd parties
