I'm not sure if anyone else has this struggle but when discussing large orders with buyers sometimes there can be a lot of back and forth over a few days or even weeks. I think it would be good to have a feature where you can write private notes about the buyer's requirements on the side of the messages panel. This would make it a lot easier to review important order info without having to read though long messages to make sure you haven't missed anything. This is already a notes section after an order has been placed but it would be great to have it beforehand too. This could then transfer to the order notes once an order has been placed.
