 Vivi was created to address your Customer Support related concerns. Whether you have questions about your orders, payments, or account, our virtual assistant is ready to help. Simply interact with the conversation flow or type in your queries. Within seconds, Vivi will gather all the relevant information from your account and provide personalized assistance tailored to your needs. 


 When chatting with Vivi, there’s no need to worry about writing long paragraphs with detailed explanations. Instead, think short, sweet, and to the point. For example, a concise messages like “payment not received” or “What’s the status of my order?” is all it takes for Vivi to be able to quickly pinpoint what you need and provide you with the best solution. 


 If Vivi can’t resolve your issue and you’d like a bit of human intervention, don’t worry; transforming your chat into a CS ticket is super easy! Just prompt Vivi to do so at the end of the flow or type 'create a ticket’ at any time to get help from our wonderful CS staff. Before sending off your ticket, be sure to include any additional information that could help our CS agents get a good understanding of the issue. 

Once your conversation is converted into a ticket, you will receive a confirmation email and you can also track your requests via the Help Center. Once you convert your chat into a ticket, please be patient as our CS agents work to assist you as soon as possible. To get the quickest results please refrain from sending multiple tickets for the same problem. We want to make sure you get the quickest resolution and opening multiple tickets might cause some confusion and slow things down a bit.
