So, I want to share detailed feedback on the current Fiverr dashboard. This is not a rant, but a genuine UX and workflow concern. Right now, the dashboard feels filled with placeholder-style content that looks good visually but does not serve sellers in day-to-day operations.

Seller Plus – “View Plan” Option: Why is this placed at the very top of the dashboard? How often does a seller realistically visit the Seller Plus plan page? Once a month? Once in several months? Maybe never after onboarding? That page mainly shows option to schedule a meeting with a success manager, and Plan perks (which I already know). None of this is something sellers need to check “daily” or “even weekly”. It has no relation to orders, deadlines, clients or our day-to-day operations, yet it occupies prime dashboard space.

Personal Assistant – “Active” Option: Why do I need to see this every single day? I enabled it myself. I know it’s active. This is not a daily toggle. It stays on for weeks or months. If I ever want to enable or disable it, that option already exists in the header/menu. Showing this status repeatedly at the top serves no functional purpose and only adds noise.

Some sellers like it, fair enough….. but let’s look at the default behavior. The default tab is “All” (orders + messages + brief). This creates a major problem. If I have: 8–10 active orders with deadlines ranging from 20 hours to 5 days…. and I receive multiple messages (“hey”, spam, QR scams, casual inquiries), why are messages mixed in between orders?

My first priority as a seller is tracking active orders and deadlines, 

. Messages should NOT interrupt order tracking by default. The default view should be “Orders only.” Let sellers choose to view “All”….. not force it. You do not need to make everything unified 

3. “Your Path to the Next Freelancer Level”:

I genuinely want to understand the purpose of this section.

Seller metrics (success score, response rate, rating) are hidden behind small hover icons.

Meanwhile, this large section is almost empty except for a button: “Optimize services”

How often does a seller optimize services? Once every few weeks? Maybe once every few months? Yet this section is prioritized over showing Success Score and metrics. Sellers need to check metrics daily or hourly and should not be kept visually hidden under ‘hover’ actions.

This is backwards. Critical information is hidden and low-frequency actions are promoted forcefully. Logic left the chat.

From morning, there are just same 3 articles. I read them months ago. I already know the content. Why am I forced to see the same static articles forever on my dashboard? This is a seller dashboard, 

On one hand, Fiverr Learn (which was actually useful) is discontinued, but on the other, old articles are permanently pinned to my dashboard. There’s no relevance, no rotation, no “mark as read,” no ‘not interested’ options. Does Fiverr want me to keep reading those same three articles after every sip of tea?

This one is honestly confusing. Clicking it just scrolls to the next container, which is already visible on the screen. It doesn’t open a new page. It doesn’t show new insights. It doesn’t do anything meaningful.

It feels like putting a large sign saying: “Below this sign, there is content you can already see.” WHY?!

Why are due dates: Smaller, thinner, greyed out in color. Deadlines are the single most critical element for sellers. They should be Bold and Instantly readable. Right now, they visually blend into surrounding text and does not stand out at all.

Orders with 47 hours (almost 2 days) remaining are shown in red. Most of my orders have 1–5 day deadlines. That means almost everything is red, all the time. As a result: Truly urgent orders (few hours left) lose attention. Red no longer signals urgency. Color loses meaning when overused.

Earlier, the gig on which the order was placed was shown only as a thumbnail, which was more than enough. Now, it feels like Fiverr is forcefully cluttering the dashboard with lengthy text just to fill up space. Why? I genuinely do not understand why Fiverr wants to overload the dashboard with unnecessary elements that serve no real purpose.

Headlines like: “Deliver client’s order on time”: This adds visual clutter. Experienced sellers don’t need motivational headlines. We need instant access to client name, due date, order value and order status….. no drama. Critical info should not require eye-scanning, hovering, or zig-zag reading.

There is no clear way to filter active orders only…. Filter revision orders only. This is basic workflow functionality for sellers managing multiple projects.

The dashboard is not optimized for how sellers actually work and what they need to access in their day-to-day life. A seller dashboard should first and foremost help sellers deliver orders on time with zero disturbance. Right now, it does the opposite.

I have also attached some quick improvement ideas below in image form to visually show how small  hierarchy changes could immediately improve usability.

I would really appreciate it if this feedback could be forwarded to the relevant teams so it can reach the right decision-makers. I also encourage other sellers to share their own opinions and pain points below, as more perspectives will help improve the dashboard for everyone.
