I’m a Level 1 seller who was recently advised by Fiverr support to pause a "low-performing" gig to improve my success score. Ironically, that gig was my best seller — it had consistent orders, good reviews, and great client communication. 

I followed the advice, but now my success score hasn’t improved, I lost my Level 1 status, and I can’t run ads at all. It’s a big hit to both my visibility and income — and I imagine this affects Fiverr’s revenue too, since I was running paid promotions. 

Has anyone experienced the same? I’d love to know how others have navigated this or if Fiverr staff can clarify how pausing a well-performing gig can result in such penalties.
