Hi everyone, this is just to vent a little frustration. I got an email from a fiverr staff member asking if I wanted to join the seller plus program. I didn't respond thinking it was a mass marketing message sent to everyone. 

Now I see my response rate is in danger which will possibly cause me to move to a level 1, since it was actually a message sent to my inbox that I failed to respond to. 

I've been answering my inbox messages promptly within 24 hours for twelve years. Had I realized this had gone to my inbox I would have answered it promptly too. My impressions are so low that I rarely get inbox messages now, so I doubt if I will get a chance to improve my rating in this area. 

Just a little vent from an otherwise satisfied seller.
