I’m a Level 1 Fiverr seller and previously a Fiverr’s Choice seller. I’m sharing this to 

 and seek accountability regarding Fiverr Ads. 

 from Fiverr to promote my gigs. I set a 

 thinking it would run for 2 days and stop once the credit ran out. 

continued to run ads silently even after the $10 was used up

. I only found out when I got a bill later and had to dig into my Fiverr Ads dashboard. 

 multiple times. They acknowledged the charges and confirmed that I received 

—but completely ignored the fact that I was 

never told my balance had turned negative

 or that I’d be charged from future earnings. I had no active payment method, no cleared funds, and 

You got clicks, so we won’t refund anything.

Funny part- I did not get a single order from these clicks. 

This isn’t about not getting orders. It’s about 


Why wasn’t I notified when my free credit ended? Why wasn’t I given the choice to continue? How can new sellers make sound decisions when basic notifications are missing? 

clear alerts when someone is about to miss a deadline

, they can surely notify us before silently charging beyond a promo limit. 

I’m sharing this here so that others don’t fall into the same trap, and because Fiverr needs to hear this from the community:
 

We need transparency, not silent debt traps.
