I hope this message finds you well. I am a new seller on Fiverr, having created my seller profile and published my first gig just a few days ago. Unfortunately, I recently encountered an issue with a user who appears to be engaging in fraudulent activities, as detailed below: 

This user contacted me and pressured me repeatedly, as shown in the attached screenshots. Initially, when they asked for my email, I shared my Fiverr gig link, encouraging them to place an order through the platform. However, they continued to pressure me and eventually persuaded me to provide my email address directly. 

Afterward, I received an email (screenshot attached) where they requested my card details to "complete the transaction." Trusting their request, I shared two cards, which had minimal balances ($28.46 in total). 

Subsequently, they demanded that the card have at least €200 to proceed, raising my suspicion. Upon further research in the Fiverr community, I realized that this was a scam attempt. 

As a seller on platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, my goal is to provide quick responses and high-quality work to my clients. I acted in good faith and followed Fiverr policies, but this experience has left me concerned about the security of my payment methods and personal information. 

Immediate suspension or banning of the fraudulent user. 

Assistance in securing my account and ensuring my payment methods are safe. 

Any additional guidance on how to prevent similar incidents in the future.
