So, i used to order the same services from someone since December. Until 2 months ago everything was fine, the quality of deliver was very good 

and they was always on time. Since January the seller started to work very late on order and always deliver the order very late. I did not ask for revision cause he always fix them in the order chat. On 19 February we started an order with delivery time for 24 February...From 5 points, only the first 2 was completed 60% and with new bugs, since he rewrite things on the website code., the other 3 points he did not even started...On 24 February he delivered the order and said he will work on the rest of the points now. I was fine with that, i did not ask for revision, cause i thought it will affect his delivery rate(counted as late)...my mistake.Today is 1 March and the seller still did not deliver the order 

and he is working each day very slowly on it...I also ask him today if he can finish the order cause i'm waiting already for so many days...if the order is 10 days after the delivery date and i got only 20% for a high amount of money i think i might look like a donkey... 

Do i'm bad now cause i asked him to finish the order? I'm thinking that i should open a ticket to customer support and ask them to cancel the order...
