I am facing issue regarding self refund. 

I think this is bug from fiverr end.When i tried to placed the order at morning on checkout page i got an error on payment page that" there's an issue with your payment".check the attached screenshot number 1.but fiverr deducted payment from PayPal.After then i see there is not any placed order. The funds were available on my fiverr available balance , after then i placed order again which is canceled now mutually. 

When i do self refund it's showing error "Your request couldnot be processed" Check the screenshot number 2
