I recently reached out to customer service because I had a question. I am a Top Rated Seller and Fiverr Pro and I still could not find a way to actually send a message to customer support. Every time I tried the chat bot would come up, which is so ridiculous, can’t even explain it. Does anyone have any ideas around actually connecting ting with Customer Service?
