Exactly 6 days ago I noticed my account was sending out messages to other freelancers requesting their personal information. I immediately reported this to Fiverr with screenshots. I eventually lost all access to my account 

Even the email address assigned to that account was changed but I was able to regain control of the account and change my password. I received a response from Fiverr the following day letting me know that my account was disabled and that I should provide the following to verify ownership: 

PayPal email address that was last used on the account 

A full number of your registered phone number. 

I recently checked my account status and this is the message I was given. I think it's unfair that after almost 4 years on this platform, I'm about to lose everything. 

My account was hacked almost a week ago and now it's at risk of being disabled after 60 days
