The order was placed over a month ago, I told the client if they needed any updates I can help them after the order was finished, the week they needed the help I was really sick and inundated with work to the point I had to go on overbooked mode (last week).
 
I was getting back to past messages and I noticed that one of them was for this order, it was completed and reviewed over a month ago, the client left me a tip also. They only needed a small minor edit which would have taken me 10-20 minutes to perform and I noticed the order was canceled, the print cover only needed a very minor size adjustment because the client gave me the wrong page count originally. 

Now it's been completely refunded along with my tip... lol for an edit that that I should have charged for to begin with :/ sigh. 

Doesn't seem fair that a client gives me a 5 star rating and a tip and then the order is cancelled by cs after an edit is requested while I was away :/
