My Fiverr account associated with  @gmail.com email suspended without any prior notice on Oct 2023 and I am trying since then to get my accountback, and the reason provided was both unclear and unfounded. I rely on my Fiverr account as my primary source of income and a means of communication with clients and colleagues. The abrupt suspension has left me in a state of financial uncertainty and professional disarray. 

My grievance arises from the fact that my account was disabled merely for mentioning Gaza and Palestine in a chat. This decision has left me astounded as there was no hate speech, discrimination, or any violation of Fiverr's Community Standards involved in my actions. I only mentioned these terms in a professional context related to my work. 

I have been an active member of Fiverr for over six years, and my commitment to upholding Fiverr's policies has been unwavering. The reason for my account suspension remains perplexing, as I have always adhered to the guidelines and terms of service. 

My work with a reputable German media company entails receiving news articles on current events, including those in the Gaza and Palestine regions. My role is to facilitate the publication of these articles on news websites in the region. To achieve this, I used Fiverr's services. My engagement with Gaza and Palestine was solely work-related and in no way intended to promote any political views or engage in hate speech. 

I respect all individuals regardless of their background, and I do not have any political affiliations or biases. The suspension of my account has not only affected my livelihood but also left me feeling deeply aggrieved and unfairly treated. 

I reached out to Fiverr's customer support, providing clear explanations and evidence of my actions. Despite my pleas for clarification and a reconsideration of the decision, I received dismissive responses from Fiverr's support team. 

The lack of transparency and the unwillingness to address my concerns have left me with a profound sense of injustice. Fiverr has not only failed to support a loyal and committed user but has also disregarded the principles of fairness and open communication. 

I urge Fiverr to reconsider its stance on my account suspension and provide a clear, valid reason for the action taken. A platform that prides itself on supporting freelancers and clients alike should prioritize fairness, communication, and transparency.
