Yep, the problem arose just as I was getting busy and enthusiastic about continuing my career on this platform, and then this happened. 

I got a notification asking me to verify my ID, so I immediately took clear photos of my Driving License and a Selfie. After three attempts, it failed, and my account was temporarily banned. I reported it to Customer Support, but instead of a solution, I received accusations of falsifying information. Wow. 

'Users can’t pose as another person or entity in a misleading manner. Accordingly, it is prohibited to use a fake name, photo, or any fictional or false biographical details in your user profile.'

I mean, I provided everything Fiverr asked for without any falsification of data, so how could they make such accusations? Honestly, I'm really worried that my account will disappear just because of this ambiguity. If my account disappeared because I violated the TOS, It's okay, but this... hmm, it's both funny and sad.😂 

Right now, I'm still trying to explain that all the IDs I submitted are genuine, including the bio information on my profile. 

Has anyone experienced a similar case? And what should I do?
