I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek guidance regarding an issue I have been facing with my gig on Fiverr. Despite being a Level 2 seller, I have noticed a decline in the performance of my gig over the past four months. 

Approximately a year ago, I successfully fulfilled all the requirements for achieving the Top Rated badge. However, it seems that my gig's performance decline may have prevented the badge from being applied so far. 

I am reaching out to the experienced members of our community for advice on steps I can take to improve my gig ranking. Your insights and recommendations would be highly appreciated.
