I’m in a very difficult situation and hoping someone here may be able to provide guidance.

Last November, I received a message from a user who was not looking to place an order, but instead asked how they could do my job themselves, for free. The message arrived on a Friday night, and since it was not a legitimate client inquiry, I replied on Sunday rather than immediately as I usually thrive to do.

That single delayed reply caused my response rate to drop to 86%, which resulted in the loss of my Level 2 status. I find it hard to understand how one delayed response could have such a large impact. Since then, incoming client requests have almost completely stopped, and I am no longer getting business through the platform.

What is even more concerning is that my response rate has continued to decline further, from 86% to 80%, despite the fact that I have been responding to every message within minutes since then. According to Fiverr’s own documentation, only the first response to a new client message is counted, and only messages from the last 90 days should affect the rate. I have carefully checked my inbox, and all first messages over the past three months were replied to within five minutes. This suggests there may be a technical issue with how the response rate is calculated, and/or that some messages may not be visible on my end.

I contacted support about this abnormal decrease but only received a generic response advising me to keep replying quickly, without addressing the inconsistency. 

I have invested over $1,000 in Fiverr ads and am also an active buyer on the platform, so it is extremely frustrating to feel that I am not receiving meaningful support.

Has anyone else experienced something like this, and if so, were you able to get actual help or resolution?
