I have been on Fiverr less than a year and only able to activate 2 gigs. Apparently new users are allowed to have 4 gigs, but the other 2 gigs that I have added, are missing the ACTIVATE link on the drop down box on the right. I only see EDIT link. See the attached photo.

I have contacted Fiverr support twice about this, but keep getting a canned response to try things like adding a display name, which I already have. It seems no one is bothering to investigate my issue and provide me a personalized response. 

You can see the response they have sent below and none of these are my issue. I have done all these. ID verified, W9 completed, Display name posted, etc.

Thanks for reaching out about the status of your Gigs. Here is some useful information about Gig management:

You can check the total Gig limit for your level 

. On-hold and draft Gigs are also factored into this number.

If your Gigs are paused, it might be because the system pauses your Gig to stop clients from placing orders with you while you're not active, so it doesn’t hurt your statistics.

Click on Selling and select Gigs in the top menu.

Tick the box next to the Gig you want to activate, then click the Activate button at the top.

If you're experiencing issues with publishing your Gig, please make sure you've filled out all the requirements - 

It's also good to note that once a Gig is deleted, it cannot be reinstated.
