Hi, I had just created an account yesterday to sell translations. Today some customers wrote me messages to purchase my gig and I answered nicely. Almost all of them started sending me screenshots of the purchase page with a message that told them they needed to ask the address to the seller. Thinking there was nothing bad I gave it to one of them, until I realized something could be off. I proceeded with searching online about it and lots of places told me it sounded like a scam. I had my confirm when one of the customers sent me a QR code and wanted me to scanner it. I kindly answered that a website told me that could be a scam or such and reported those specific messages. 

Later I find out i got banned permanently for “

violations of our guidelines: contacting other users with unsolicited offers, suggestions, phishing, malware, or anything unrelated to their Gigs or orders is prohibited.”. 

I just tough something went wrong, you know, everyone can make mistakes, so I sent an email to their assistance. I asked for explanation and I got an answer that almost seemed to ignore all that I tryed to say to them. 

I just wanted to put some money together cause I just graduated from High school and I really don't think to have done what they are claiming. Is there anything else I can do?
