Ask the Community

I had another bad experience with the Fiverr Customer support and with their buyer oriented policies. Recently, I undertook a project with a client who was himself confused about his expectations from the work. He put the work for multiple revisions and I was trying to align the work as per his ever changing expectations. And then he decided he is done and went ahead and put the order in dispute and asked to cancel the order. Well in this case fiverr used to give us time to negotiate terms and come to a mutual solution. But this time that was'nt the case. When I refused his request to cancel the order. Fiverr customer support cancelled the order themselves and refunded the amount to the buyer. Well, the buyer also got the work in this case with multiple revisions and I was left with disappointment and no help in this situation. I raised this issue with customer support but their response itself was of no help. They tried to in return make me understand to read the requirements in the order before doing submissions :) 

P.S I am on this platform from past 7 years. 

Fiverr customer support marked the dispute as resolved without letting me negotiate :)
