For folks to try to rip you off. I asked for two VERY simple logos, I actually gave him both all he had to do was design and provide me the formats I needed. 

$20.00 an hour was his price - I then get a quote for $480.00 - 24 hours to do something that I know would take 2-4 hours MAX. 

Then I get the old what's your budget. I told him to take a hike and went with someone else. 

There should be some process in FIVERR to give guidelines in time for certain services, your reputation with be crushed if this ends up being the norm. 

No one seems to be even close to their “BAIT & SWITCH” pricing.
