I am a seller offering marketing in the Japanese market.
 I recently received a request to create a business plan and spent over 50 hours completing the order. I confirmed the requirements with the buyer and provided appropriate reports along the way. I told the buyer that I would revise the presentation anytime after delivery. The buyer wanted a different presentation design after delivery, so I reworked the 35-page presentation at no charge.
 Then suddenly the buyer wanted to cancel the order and I received a notice that customer support had canceled the order, despite my repeated denials of the cancellation request and my gentlemanly assurances to the buyer that I was always open to corrections and suggestions.
 Is it possible to be so unreasonable? Is it because I am not a native English speaker?
 What should I do now?
