Most of the Youtubers tips to the new freelancers to contact other top freelancer for obtain the work (as a help)......... if you blocked frequently by others... this dangerous for you. 

1) i recieved message at late night (2 am) is that good ? i require to maintain response rate so given reply, but message was not stop from other side..../ finaly blocked them. 

2) Newcomers are used their local language (it is not allowed) 

3) As a new freelancer Do'nt Spam message on fiverr......... do not ask for help / guide me / (Fiverr chat inbox is available for a profeesional message not a training box) 

4) Use your language pleasure and politely even you discuss with buyer or freelancer. 

5) take care the other timeframe and their availability. 

New Freelancer contact to other top rated freelancer..........count as SPAM ?
