Ask the Community

I deleted the video I previously had on my profile and am now trying to upload a new MP4 file. I created the video wit iPhone and converted to MP4 using app I have used befrore for fiverr videos. The upload widget doesn't ungrey the submuit button. What gives? The required checkbox is checked. This interface drives me nuts where you can't get hold of Customer Service to fix.
