Hey everyone, this is my first time posting here, and I’m hoping to get some advice on an issue I’m facing. 

Recently, my Fiverr account was restricted, and I can’t withdraw my earnings. I keep getting an error message saying, 

"Withdrawals are temporarily disabled for this account."

 Additionally, I am unable to manage my payout methods because they are also temporarily disabled. 

The issue started after a buyer falsely accused me of incomplete work and got their order canceled through Fiverr’s community support. Unfortunately, I lost 

 from that order. To make things worse, the buyer later attempted to offer me money off-platform, which I 

. Despite this, I suspect they are still using my work. 

I reached out to Fiverr support regarding this dispute, but they 

, stating they couldn’t assist me. I decided to move on and let that payment go, but now I 

 can’t withdraw my other earnings. I don’t have any open disputes or active order issues, yet my withdrawal restriction remains in place. 

I’ve been trying to contact Fiverr support for over a week now, but I haven’t received any response. From what I’ve read in other forums, these types of withdrawal restrictions are usually linked to order issues, but I don’t see any reason for it to still be in effect. 

Has anyone experienced this before? Is there anything else I can do to resolve this situation? It’s been really discouraging, and I’d appreciate any advice.
