Ask the Community

I am new to Fiverr and recently uploaded my first gig. However, I have encountered a strange issue. So far, four buyers have contacted me, saying that they are unable to place an order. 

They mentioned that when they try to proceed, Fiverr is asking for my email address, which is against Fiverr’s Terms of Service. I have not added any such requirement in my gig, and I am unsure why this is happening. 

Has anyone else faced this issue before? What could be the possible reason, and how can I fix it? I would appreciate any guidance from experienced sellers or Fiverr forum support.
