Does anyone know how the order cancellation lookback period works? For the past few months, I’ve been seeing the 

 message under the order cancellation section of my gig’s Success Score key points. 

Over the last two years, I’ve completed 

. I know Fiverr considers the past two years for client satisfaction, giving more weight to recent orders, but does the same rule apply to order cancellations? Also, what would be considered a reasonable ratio of completed orders to cancellations?
