Hi great community members, I have my success score come down from 8 to 6 over the last 2-3 weeks, I have been looking for what might caused that, then I see it's the conflict free orders whereas it's my clients that do ask me to extend the delivery date even more than once or two and I do that, so I don't know if that's why my success score was affected or not, can someone please help me and also give me some tips on how I can improve the success score back to 8 or even more higher
