hello fiverr specialists i need a guidance. Fiverr has updated the way of creating account, before publishing your gig fiverr will ask you to complete the verification of your identity. but if you create account as a side hustle fiverr will not verify your identity. i have created the account as a side hustle account and published gig and luckily got 2 five star reviews and positive feedback but fiverr has decreased my ranking and i am on last page of the fiverr. is it account type matters in ranking ? i approached fiverr support center but not satisfied by the response i made reply to their response and my case is open and its 4 days i received no response. what should i do now . i have updated gig tags and everything but no change in ranking.
