 In today's world, most people browse on their phones. If your site isn't mobile-friendly, you're losing a huge chunk of potential customers. Make sure your design adapts to different screen sizes. 

 Can visitors easily find what they're looking for? A confusing menu will frustrate users and send them clicking away. Keep your navigation simple and intuitive. 

 What do you want visitors to do on your site? Make it clear with strong calls to action (e.g., "Shop Now," "Get a Quote," "Contact Us"). Don't make people guess!
