I would like to know what the logic of the platform is? When I am working well and the client is complicated or does not respect the rules of the gig and I decide to cancel it, why does the platform harm the seller? If the seller decides to cancel the gig, why is it the seller's fault? Should the seller endure bad treatment? because the platform does not take matters into investigating what happened, because of my numbers I feel frustrated, they lowered me to level 1! and it wasn't my fault 😞,does this happen to anyone else?
