I'm asking for help, I can't or am not allowed to withdraw my money or edit my payment options, which is also forbidden. 

Now to the core problem. I wrote to support but I haven't received a message. I've been waiting 3 days for an answer. I see that something is constantly changing on my ticket, it always says that, and yes, I was a bit angry one day and wrote that I felt cheated, but before that I never got any answers, apart from the bot message that always replies after an hour. 

Now the question is, what can or should I do? I mentioned taking legal action. Should I take legal action? Because even the maximum of 72 hours that Fiverr specifies will soon be exceeded or should I keep waiting, what do you say?
