This is my first time here. I am very frustrated with the process Fiver use to verify identification. I understand that they use bots but they should have a way to verify documents. I am a seller and buyer on fiver for 7 years and i got a message to verify my account. I did the verification process on the computer and used my passport. It did not approve my passport and i changed to drivers licence, as soon as it finished taking the snapshot ii got a message to say my account was disabled because it failed verification. I immedeatly contacted support and explained my problem and send my notorized passport I got a message that they is nothing they can do about it, i am welcome to use fiver as a buyer. I am a Canadian and have all my documents. I am very frustrated because it was a process for me to reach were i am on fiver. All these years gone down the drain for nothing. Can someone please tell me what to do because i have never violated any polices on fiver. 

My seller account was disabled due to verification Failure
