Ask the Community

Ok so the thing is that buyer has placed the order for $5 today morning on my presentation making gig, with his requirements of placing images accordingly. At first I have asked him if I have to make presentation or just to furnish the word document which he attached because he didn't mention what to do, he didn't reply so I made presentation and also give a finishing to his Word Doc with placement of images he asked and delivered.
 Then this mister responded today evening that my work is horrible and want refund!! And he request to cancel, and say "You copy work and not deliver that type of work which You mentioned in your gig".
 I made 10 slides presentation for just $5 which I don't do normally because in my other gig of presentation I offer work from starting $10 which has best reviews around 12. Now on this gig it is my 2nd order which is under dispute. 

I can improve my delivery even when there is no revision at order panel for buyers, I do because I respect client's work and delivery. But the way this client said that my work is horrible and I copy it, I declined his request to cancel and told him that I won't do further work and delivered previous work again. 

Now he is online but not responding, hopefully the case will go to Fiverr Support, any chance for me? Well i behaved and answered professionally and the delivery says it all. Btw if Fiverr goes against me and cancel the order, will it effect my one gig or both? And lets say the order got somehow completed, or suppose Fiverr decide to complete order then obviously buyer will give negative review, will that also effect my both gigs or just the one through which he placed order. 

I know I should've cancel the order because $5 isn't worth fighting, but I have put much efforts above than the required budget and package he selected. As he selected the simple and cheap package for delivery and I worked above the mark, so I should get paid.
