Ask the Community

Unfortunately, from time to time I always have to deal with disrespectful clients, or with rude manners. For my part, I limit myself to responding in the best way and finishing the order as soon as possible. But this case has never happened to me before and I'm not sure what to do. 

This customer placed 2 orders with me at the beginning of the month. 

- The second one was also going very well. The client asked me for some changes, and I told him that I was going to make them without problems, that I was going to talk to him again as soon as it was ready in a few hours.
 For some reason, he got impatient, and in about 5 minutes, he filled me with messages, along with insults, and a video insulting me. (I'm impressed that people think they're going to achieve something like that, but oh well). At this, I only said that there was still time and that he need to wait. I delivered the order in a few more minutes, he gave me a 5-star rating (wow), I give him none. And as you see in the photo I reported it and blocked it immediately. 

Everything seemed solved until today, I received a request for an account with a name very similar to the one in this story. And the order was basically the same style as past orders. It was him. 

I am currently working on the order and plan to deliver it without delays. But I want to know what to do next. The truth is that I don't want to work with him anymore, I don't feel comfortable, and I don't want to have to endure another bad time. I prefer to stay with better clients. 

I see that reporting and blocking does not help much, since other accounts are created (despite being against Fiverr's ToS), and he can create an order whenever he want.
 But I don't see any other solution. Contact support perhaps? I've never done it, but maybe there is a support place where I can write to them directly to resolve this case?
