I’ve created two tickets regarding the same issue 

 The issue is that I’m unable to create a new gig because it shows I’ve already created 10 gigs. However, in my dashboard, I can only see a total of 8 gigs across all menus. 

Fiverr support marked both tickets as closed without addressing my query. How can I get a proper response from Fiverr support? I’d really appreciate some advice.
