Last week, I got an email to verify my information to maintain visibility to EU clients. When I tried to upload my ID Card (it's 100% original) and it was clear daylight but it failed to verify due to a glitch during submission.
 Suddenly I received the email that you can't sell on Fiverr. All my gigs and seller features disappeared. 
I tried to contact customer support but they are not responding. Has anyone faced the same issue and what's the solution if anyone knows?
