My account is banned and my 7 contracts was closed because I had multiple accounts but my second account was create by clicking google sign in button (I thought my account was linked with my gmail) few months back.
 I have never used the second account my account was level 2 with 50+ projects complete with all 5 star reviews.
 I have asked customer support to check the activity logs of the second profile and the second profile has no gig and information of services as well but they are not reviewing my appeal.
 It's really tough time your advice and guidance will be highly appreciated.
